Meet the founder
I'm Brianna O'Neil, founder of The Forzaic Group.
I spent nearly a decade in business consulting while staying inside the volleyball world as a player and coach — and I built this firm on what I saw from both sides. Women's volleyball is one of the fastest-growing communities in sport, and the commercial infrastructure around it is gaining traction. But there is still a massive gap, and that gap is the opportunity.
I've watched this growth happen from inside the gym, not from a market report. Years of relationships across this community — players, coaches, clubs, and the people building the professional game — are why I can say with confidence that volleyball is positioned to be the strongest commercial opportunity in women's sport. It's also why I know that access here has to be earned. This firm is built for volleyball, by volleyball players. Our team knows this ecosystem because we've lived in it, and that lived experience is the something that can’t be replicated (or generated by artificial intelligence).
