Meet the founder

I’m Brianna O’Neil, founder of The Forzaic Group. I’m a former D1 volleyball player who is pairing my business acumen with my athlete experiences to help athletes navigate the current landscape lifelong athlete and former Division I indoor volleyball player who turned a deep connection to the game into a business rooted in opportunity and intention.

After spending nearly a decade in business consulting while staying immersed in the volleyball world as a player and coach, I began to see a clear issue: women’s volleyball isn’t getting the attention it deserves. I created The Forzaic Group to help bridge that gap—connecting talented athletes with forward-thinking brands, organizations, and investors ready to engage with a sport that has massive, untapped potential.

Forzaic operates at the intersection of sport and business. I work closely with volleyball athletes to source aligned partnerships, offer practical career guidance, and help them present themselves thoughtfully beyond the court. At the same time, I partner with organizations seeking meaningful, early access to the women’s volleyball ecosystem—across high school, collegiate, club, and professional levels.

This agency is my way of placing a bet on the game that has created so much opportunity for me. I truly believe that for those who invest early—whether time, capital, or partnership—the return will speak for itself.
